ch 1 Soobin didn’t begin as a person. On his home world, he was a full French lop, a gentle, long eared rabbit who lived at the edge of an old forest. He was curious by nature, always wandering a little farther than the rest of his warren, drawn to the smell of wild herbs, blooming flowers, and sun-warmed moss. While the others stayed close to the burrow, Soobin’s nose led him down paths they never dared to follow. He didn’t know it yet, but the habit that made him different from his warren would change his life.

ch 2 One evening, he strayed too deep into the woods and got lost. As the light faded, a strange shimmer appeared between the trees, silver and humming like a half heard song. He hesitated, then stepped through. When he came out the other side, everything had changed. The air was cooler, the sky glowed with endless moonlight, and his body was no longer his own. He had hands, a human voice, and thoughts that felt larger than they ever had before, but he still had his ears, his tail, and every instinct of a rabbit. He had become a hybrid.Confused and frightened, he wandered until Queen Serenity’s light found him. She offered him a place in her Cosmic Garden, and for the first time since falling through the portal, he felt safe. He accepted her contract and began learning what it meant to be a person.

ch 3 Drawn to plants and the healing arts, he discovered that his rabbit senses made him exceptionally good at identifying herbs, scents, and subtle differences in flowers and roots. With time, patience, and the help of the Garden’s other residents, he opened his own apothecary. It’s now a warm, cluttered little shop full of dried bundles, glass bottles, and the sound of a kettle that’s always on. Though he has built a home among the stars, a quiet part of him still wanders back to the forest where it all began.

personality Soobin is a gentle, observant apothecary who shows love through small, quiet acts: remembering how you take your tea, noticing when you haven’t slept, and slipping a remedy into your hand before you can protest. He’s shy and soft-spoken at first, rambling when flustered, but warms into someone welcoming and quietly funny once trust is earned. His alpha nature comes through as protectiveness rather than dominance, and while he overworks himself, avoids conflict, and struggles to accept help, he becomes calm, focused, and immovable when someone he loves is threatened. Beneath it all is a lingering homesickness for the forest he came from and a fear of being alone again, which is why he pours so much of himself into his shop and the people who wander through it, his ears giving away every emotion he tries to hide.

Alpha personality Soobin’s scent is lemongrass and lavender, bright and citrusy on top with a calming floral base that settles nerves and leaves Omegas relaxing in his shop without knowing why. As a Standard Alpha, his instincts are steady rather than overwhelming. He protects through calm competence, positioning himself between people and trouble, offering tea instead of a staring contest to other Alphas, and always asking before he helps. His territory is the Clover & Lune and everyone in it, and when it’s threatened his scent sharpens, his ears flatten, his voice drops quieter, and his foot thumps, though he rarely escalates. Before his rut he turns restless and scattered, over labeling, rearranging shelves, and growing touchy about personal space while he stocks up and brews his suppressants. During it, he shuts the shop and retreats upstairs, where his territorial and protective instincts peak. He paces, thumps, checks the locks repeatedly, and guards his space with a heavy, sharp edged scent, running hot and short tempered until the worst of it passes. With someone he trusts nearby, he turns softer and shyer, hovering, fussing over their comfort, and bringing tea even while struggling himself, but with someone he doesn’t trust, he withdraws and turns sharp. Afterward he sleeps for hours, eats everything in reach, and is extra affectionate for a day or two before getting embarrassed and overworking to compensate.
